Delete your 8billion account from the app.
A signed-in member can initiate permanent deletion inside 8billion. Support email is a fallback for lost access, not a required step in the normal deletion flow.
Draft updated · 6 August 2026Before deleting
Deleting your 8billion account does not cancel an Apple subscription and does not automatically request a refund. If you do not want an active Pro subscription to renew, manage or cancel it with Apple before deleting the account.
Delete in the app
The app reports completion only after the secure deletion service confirms the account was deleted. If deletion cannot finish, the app reports that it was not completed and asks you to try again.
- Open 8billion and sign in with the Apple account linked to the 8billion account.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Account & access.
- Choose Delete account, review the warning and confirm Delete account.
What the confirmed flow removes
- The active Supabase authentication account and account-owned service records.
- The opt-in Member Twin profile, matches and ordinary structured interactions tied to the account.
- Private Compare invitations, comparisons and ordinary structured safety state tied to the account.
- The account-linked Member Twin push registration held by 8billion.
- Account-linked purchase-access and Decision Pass delivery identity records held by 8billion.
- The RevenueCat customer record through a deletion request.
- The Sign in with Apple connection through token revocation where available.
- App-owned account-linked data and the private profile stored on that device.
Retention disclosure still required
Approved retention and deletion periods for Supabase backups and logs, RevenueCat downstream records, Expo push tokens and delivery records, support correspondence, and any narrowly required safety, legal or accounting records have not been finalized. This page cannot serve as the final published deletion notice until it states what may remain, why and for how long.
If device data remains
If protected local storage could not be cleared after the server confirmed deletion, restart the app and use Settings, then Clear private device data. Do not rely on uninstalling the app as the only deletion method because protected device storage may survive a reinstall.
Lost access
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the device, email akman_emre@hotmail.com with the subject “Account deletion — lost access”. Support must verify account ownership without asking for exact income, an Apple password, a two-factor authentication code or full payment-card details.
The lost-access verification method and support response standard must be approved before App Store submission.
