Clear limits for using 8billion.

Informational website

The website introduces the 8billion mobile product. It does not sell a web subscription, process a payment or grant a paid entitlement; purchases, when publicly available, are handled only inside the platform stores.

Current product scope

The core private flow, The Leap raise preview, Offer X-Ray headline read and controlled Member Twin core are free where shown in the app. The only paid product in this release is a one-time Private Raise Decision Kit for one selected raise. Pro subscriptions and an Offer Decision Kit are not sold in this release.

Current calculations are estimated/demo or user-entered private scenarios. They are not verified facts, professional advice, guarantees or promises of a specific financial outcome.

Private Raise Decision Kit

The Private Raise Decision Kit is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks deeper private context for one selected raise. It does not unlock Offer, Pro, verified data or every future decision and does not create a recurring charge.

A purchased Kit may open a fixed-choice Guided Decision Room only when an active eligible real Member Twin already exists. The purchase does not create or prioritize a match and does not guarantee a room or response. Apple or Google shows the applicable local price and controls billing and refund eligibility.

Purchase support, refunds and revocation

If a completed purchase is not visible, sign in with the same platform account and 8billion account, then use Account & access > Refresh purchase access before buying again. A pending store payment remains pending until the store completes or cancels it. A reported refund or revocation removes the related access when the verified store status reaches 8billion.

Use the App Store or Google Play purchase history and support flow for store-charge and refund eligibility. Google Play refund help is available at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574897. For a completed purchase that was not delivered or restored, email hello@8billion.app. Do not send a full payment-card number, password or authentication code.

Member Twin

Member Twin is free, optional, off by default and never guaranteed. Controlled actions use a Wave, journey comparison, prepared questions or fixed replies. There is no public directory, free-form messaging, contact-detail sharing, link sharing, money request or meeting feature.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website or app to profile, rank or expose another person’s income.
• Do not attempt to bypass privacy, security or product-access boundaries.
• Do not treat a Member Twin, Kit purchase or legacy Pro badge as income, employer, identity or professional verification.
