Clear limits for using 8billion.

Agreement and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use 8billion. By continuing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

8billion is provided by Emre Akman, an individual sole proprietor operating as 8billion, at Balat Mah. Kardeş Sok. Meteor Dikencik Sit. J Blok No 2, Nilüfer/Bursa 16140, Türkiye.

Decision context, not advice

8billion provides educational and informational decision context. It is not financial, tax, legal, investment, employment or relocation advice and does not tell you to accept or reject an offer.

Results depend on self-reported inputs and visible assumptions. Estimated/demo and estimated/private scenario outputs are not verified facts, guarantees or promises of a financial outcome. Income Lens is a statistical model, not a person.

Accounts and free access

The core private calculation flow does not require an account. Sign in with Apple is required only for a purchase, restore or real Member Twin opt-in. Keep your device and Apple Account secure.

My 8B, Income Atlas, the two-metric The Leap Raise preview, the Offer X-Ray headline read, and the controlled Member Twin core are free where shown in the app. A place in the 120-place catalogue is not automatically a verified economic profile.

Private Raise Decision Kit

The Private Raise Decision Kit is an Apple consumable In-App Purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks one selected Raise or Promotion decision: a relative threshold, three scenarios, evidence and preparation questions, a conversation plan and a private two-page PDF generated on the device.

Refinements to priorities, personal target, scenario selection and evidence answers are unlimited inside that exact unlocked plan. Changing the basic Raise, cost, hours, work-mode or commute inputs creates a different decision and requires another Kit.

The Kit does not unlock Offer, Pro, verified city data or every future decision. Pro subscriptions and an Offer Decision Kit are not on sale in this release.

The Kit is configured as a consumable In-App Purchase. Apple's automatic restore does not recreate a consumed Kit. Eligible access can be refreshed only when the same Apple ID and signed-in 8billion account can be matched to 8billion's verified transaction and decision-delivery record.

Billing, local price and refunds

Apple shows the applicable local storefront price and asks for confirmation before purchase. Apple processes billing. A Kit does not renew and creates no future recurring charge.

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. Apple determines eligibility under its terms and applicable law, which may vary by country or region. Deleting an 8billion account does not request a refund. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, access linked to that Kit may be removed. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Member Twin and conditional Guided Room

Member Twin is optional, off by default and never guaranteed. Wave, Journey Compare, prepared questions and fixed replies are free. A purchased Kit may open one fixed-choice Guided Decision Room only when an active eligible real Member Twin already exists. The purchase does not create or prioritize a match and does not guarantee a room or response.

Member Twin is not identity, income, employment, experience or trust verification. Contact details, links, money or investment requests, open messages, files and physical-meeting coordination are prohibited. Members can withdraw, leave, block and report.

Private Compare

A valid trusted invitation can open Private Compare. It compares only mutually approved broad bands and never shows exact income, exact city, employer, offer or contact details. Invitations are time-limited and single-use. Participants can revoke, leave, block or submit a structured safety report.

Account deletion

A signed-in member can start permanent deletion at My 8B, Privacy, Account & access, then Delete account. Deletion may remove access to a previously purchased Kit, does not create a refund request and cannot remove PDFs exported to another app or location.

Acceptable use and safety

• Do not profile, rank or expose another person's income.
• Do not bypass privacy, security, purchase or product-access boundaries.
• Do not disrupt the service, probe other accounts, automate abuse or use the app unlawfully.
• Do not treat a Member Twin or any legacy Pro access badge as income, identity, employer or professional verification.

Availability and responsibility

Features may be limited or unavailable for evidence, safety, legal, maintenance or technical reasons. The service may change to protect users, comply with law or improve reliability.

To the extent permitted by law, 8billion does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a match, a reply, a decision outcome or the accuracy of self-reported inputs. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

License, law and consumer rights

The license to use the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add product-specific rules for 8billion services and purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or competent forums available under the law of your country of residence.
